Payment Information
Sessions are $90 for 50 minutes. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If I am a provider for your insurance carrier, your copay is due at the time services are rendered. I accept cash or check. I will provide you with a receipt. I currently do not accept credit or debit cards.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to keep your appointment, a 24 hour notice must be given. This notice allows me the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client. If you do not give a 24 hour notice, you will be required to pay the full amount of the session.
